SRG partners with FlightSafety on Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATS) contract, on behalf of USAF and USN pilot training clients. Heralded as one of the most successful initial pilot training programs ever, FlightSafety supports this contract under a subcontract agreement to Raytheon Aircraft Company. The JPATS system is the first contractor operated military aircrew training system that is engineered to be truly integrated. The Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) and Mediated Interactive Lecture (MIL) academic lessons, simulators, and pilot/Naval Flight Officer (NFO) scheduling/record keeping system are connected and managed through the Training Information Management System (TIMS). The FlightSafety and Northrop Grumman team engineered and installed the system at 11 USAF and USN bases. We are currently operating and maintaining the system at six USAF pilot training bases. We are assisting CNATRA to stand up the USN undergraduate pilot/NFO training bases. |
