GSA Heartland Region -- FSS Website Programming Support This contract comprises the development, maintenance, and support of all activities of the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS) Heartland Web Pages with local and regional portals. Work results are provided to FSS customers and FSS end users with Heartland Web Pages which are easy to access, easy to understand and use.
This contract is for the development and maintenance of web pages in accordance with customer requirements. Customers may include, but are not limited to, all of the regional Federal Supply Service organizations.
Many different web sites requiring varying levels of technical knowledge to match the complexity of the project are supported. These web sites include, but are not limited to:

This contract includes digital photography to capture events for posting on the intranet.
Systems Analysis skills are used to improve organizational efficiency and reduce costs, with continuous review of web pages and projects to identify areas for improvement, and developing requirements in conjunction with the customer. Written reports, plans, and oral presentations to management on project updates and methods of improving efficiency are provided as well.
This project started the day after award. SRG quickly assumed the effort and the project transition was invisible to the customer.
