Systems Research Group, Inc. (SRG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with headquarters in Colorado Springs . SRG has a GSA IT-70 schedule, #GS-35F-5127H, an 8(a) STARS Functional Area 3 contract (GS-06F-0466Z), and is on PRO-Net. SRG is on a team for Millenium Lite Areas 1 & 3, TASS and the COMMITS NexGen Contract.

SRG is a mature, extremely vibrant company. The company was founded by its current owner, Mr. Fredrick V. Garcia in 1986 and was certified by the Small Business Administration as a minority owned 8(a) Small Business. SRG graduated from the SBA 8(a) program in March, 2004.

Since 1997 SRG has been on a very high paced growth path. This growth started with a major contract supporting the Lockheed/Martin Corporation on a contract with the US Navy. This work, which was performed in New Orleans over a period of three years, was in support of the development of an entirely new personnel/payroll system for the Navy. SRG played a very significant role in this program, especially during the startup phase. SRG held four of six level II management positions (reporting to the program manager) and was recognized for a job well done by Lockheed Martin. Since that time SRG has performed in a wide range of tasks to include significant computer hardware and software maintenance (U.S. Army), Computer Aided Design (CAD) (Honeywell, Inc), complex data management (USGS), as well as document management, to include significant internet enabling (Honeywell, Inc). SRG is currently performing on two tasks at Peterson AFB under its GSA Schedule, with Kepler Research as subcontractor.

SRG performed on four contracts with the Forecast Systems Laboratory of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Boulder, Colorado from October, 1999 to February, 2004. In February, 2004, SRG was awarded the follow-on contract which was bundled into a single contract for another five years. SRG has consistently received high marks for performance on these contracts.
